| Executive Producer/Producer/Screenwriter: Hosam Solaiman Hosam Solaiman was born and raised in the Washington DC area. After studying Marketing, he decided on a better way to make use of his great business sense and creative mind. He moved to and studied film in LA, and worked as an independent producer on the films The Jinn, and Judy Toll: The Funniest Woman You've Never Heard Of. Hosam has also worked on such shows as Numb3rs, Eli Stone, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, and is currently an APOC for a Fox pilot, Boldly Going Nowhere. In his spare time, he is writing several scripts as well as developing and producing webisodes. |

| Producer/Director: Iris Green Director, Producer, Editor Iris Green began her love of filmmaking at the young age of eight when she performed in several short films at the Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. However, it wasn’t what was in front of the camera that interested her as much as what was going on behind it. Educated at the University of Texas at Austin and a graduate of the Los Angeles Film School, Iris began her career primarily as an editor under the tutalidge of editor Donn Cambern. Iris’ thesis film Sidewinder Café (recipient of a substantial grant from Eastman Kodak) screened at the Winfemme film festival and garnered multiple awards at the LAFS Industry Screening. |
| Production Designer: Akoni Hudson Age 26 , yougest of 6 , grandmother, mom, 2 sisters and brother are artist. Akoni's influences mostly come from other cultures with a strong affinity toward asian cultures. Mainstream trends make him unhappy and he tries to steer clear from them. Akoni enjoy s finding a newness to something old, like seeing the reflection of clouds in a puddle on the ground and has worked alongside other production designers to fullfill directors request in various mediums; music videos, visual elements, shorts, feature films, screen test. Past work experience was construction and system administration. |

| First Assistant Director: Erik Anderson Erik grew up in a small town in Northern California. It was as an extra in Back to the Future III that he got his first experience on a film set. Although it wasn’t the actors that drew his interest, it was the people behind the camera. After high school he received a B.S. in Behavioral Science: Psychology from Pacific Union College, a Christian liberal arts college in the Napa Valley. Erik then decided to pursue a career as a filmmaker at the Los Angeles Film School. While preparing to direct his thesis, 111, he also worked as a Producer and a 1st A.D. Erik graduated from the LA Film School with a major in Directing and a minor in Producing. He is currently working on a feature script based on 111. |
| Cinematographer: Brett Pawlak Born and raised in Santa Clarita, Brett Pawlak shot his first short film The Wars End at the age of 16. Receiving recognition at the local film festival, it was nominated for five awards including Best Cinematography and Best Picture. After graduating Los Angeles Film School, Brett has had the privilege to return as cinematographer for a number of thesis films. As his first feature film as DP, Brett is thrilled to be involved in the making of The Jinn and is optimistic about what the future may hold. |

| Gaffer: César A Alvarez César A Alvarez born in Guadalajara Jalisco, México, the 26th of February of 1979 studied Science of comunication at Tecnological Institute of Western Higher learning in Guadalajara. During his studies he worked as a Camera Director on 16 pilots episodes of a television university program. In 2003 he traveled to Los Angeles to complete his studies in cinematography. He specialized in cinematography graduating with Honors and shooting several short films on film and Cine Alta High Definition As a Gaffer and still photographer César has worked on numerous comercials and films. |
| Sound: BJ James B.J. James was born in Santa Cruz, Ca. in 1979. He moved to Seattle for highschool in 1993 where music ruled life. Living in Seattle in the early 90's with the explosion of music molded BJ into who he is today. After a short stint at the Art Institute of Seattle he moved to San Diego to play in numerous bands. In 2005 he decided to follow his passion for recording sounds and apply it to movies. |

| Makeup: Hannah Lux Davis Hannah Lux Davis, 19, was born in Seattle, WA. Hannah is a music video director/editor on the rise. At the age of 17, she won best music video at a high school film festival for the King County High School Film Festival. Her passion for music videos comes from having a passion for both film and music. After graduating from high school in 2004, Hannah moved to Los Angeles to pursue her dream in the film world. At 18, Hannah attended the New York Film Academy in Los Angeles where she graduated in June of 2005 with the completion of three music videos for her thesis film. Hannah is currently a student at the Los Angeles Film School and will be graduating in June of 2006. She is an Editing major and Directing minor and is in pre production for her two thesis music videos. | Associate Producer: Ian J. Putnam
Ian J. Putnam was born and raised in Washington State and graduated from the University of Washington in 2004 with a double degree in Drama and History. Ian has spent 7 years at the Ivanhoe Performing Arts Theatre in Bellevue, Washington where he grew from a youth performer to directing and writing several plays. Since relocating to Hollywood in July of 2006 to attend The Los Angeles Film School Ian has produced over 13 short films and held numerous positions on additional productions. Ian comes to ‘The Jinn’ in post-production to assist with the completion, promotion and sale of the film and is pleased to make this his first experience as an Associate Producer on a Feature Film. |

Having edited multiple music videos and feature films Iris’ feature directorial debut was the psychological drama thriller The Jinn, featuring Hotel Rwanda, and Pirates of the Carribean 3 star Hakeem Kae-Kazim. The Jinn was immediately followed by her second feature film Hand in Hand which premiered at the Cinequest Film Festival in March of 2007. Iris is currently in the process of developing her third feature film, an adaptation of a French novel. In addition to her feature film experience Iris shot and directed a Smart Car promotional video for Elastic Lab. In addition to producing a live performance of Runaway Train by ROTOR( directed by Brian Spalding) her directing music video credits include Firewater’s “Secret” and Evan Roman’s “Goys” and an upcoming video for Macklemore’s “Love Song.” |
