Brian Spalding always had a love for the written word, reading books and writing short stories, and a passion for getting his hands dirty, working in carpentry and construction, from a young age. But it was only in recent years that that passion translated to filmmaking.

In 2006 Brian relocated to the Hollywood area, attending the Los Angeles Film School, where he pursued screenwriting and directing. Immediately after completing school Brian worked on his first feature, Knife to a Gun Fight and began freelance employment in numerous productions in the camera and set construction department.

As a director and writer Brian has completed several short films. Recently Brian directed a live performance of ROTOR’s “Runaway Train” and has begun production on a music video for their song “Beat the Clock.”

In addition Brian and Iris are developing a feature screenplay for an upcoming horror feature film and a feature length version of Brian’s short film “The Last Front.”
